About me? Well, let's see how good I am at blowing my own horn... Ask any of my friends,
family or past clients - I'm sure they'd all tell you I have a swelled head, and they'd
also say i'm awfully self-important.

But, they would say it affectionately. Because they really do know, I care as much or
more about all of them as I do about myself.

I love real estate. I love helping a lost first time buyer that doesn't know what they
are doing, I love taking them and making them an expert during the course of their
transaction. I love playing with their kids, and having them over for Barbeque, or going
out for a beer.

I love helping an older couple let go of their family home, introducing them to the
wonderful young family that will be building their own legacy that has protected their
kids, and seen so many wonderful Christmasses, holidays and memories.

I love meeting someone who figures he or she knows more than I do, and then showing them
something they didn't. Teaching them that I am really an expert they want on their side.

I love running into an old friend from High School, re-igniting friendships, then having
them hire me to sell their home, trusting me to be their expert even though they remember
how lost I was back in High School.

I love helping a real estate investor build his or her investment portfolio, and knowing
in 3 to 5 years I am setting this person up to be self-sufficient, and have enough equity
and residual roi that they don't have to work another day in their lives, and they'll
never miss another school play.

I love people. All people really are essentially wonderful human beings if you get to
know them. AND I REALLY LOVE MY JOB!!

So, thank you to all my friends, and clients who have become friends. And thank you to
you for taking the time to read the ramblings of a kind of eccentric realtor. And,
